How It Works
1. Arrival
Call on VHF 68 before you reach the channel. Our yola crew meets you at the markers and escorts you to your assigned mooring position. Vessel check-in with photographic documentation. Mooring position and baseline condition logged in the client portal.
2. Residency
Digital Guard GPS monitoring runs continuously. Documented mooring readiness inspection with findings logged. Hurricane Protocol active June through November. You handle your own provisioning, maintenance, and daily vessel care. Additional services available on request at published rates.
3. Departure
Final mooring inspection with condition documentation. Handover report generated and sent to you. Yola escort to the channel on departure. Mooring position released for the next resident.
Cruise-In vs. Guardian
Both residency levels include a managed mooring position, Digital Guard monitoring, Hurricane Protocol, and professional Yola escort. The difference is the level of ongoing vessel oversight.

Pricing
Cruise-In residency uses flat, published rates — no quote required. The bundle add-on and mooring fee are fixed. No long-term commitment required — extend month to month as long as a berth is available.
Minimum 1-month commitment. Month-to-month extension subject to berth availability — no penalties for departure. Hurricane Season and Seasonal Long-Stay mooring rates apply as with standard residency. Additional a la carte services are available at published rates on request.
Cruise-In FAQ
What is the minimum residency period?
90 days. Cruise-In is a managed residency, not a transient mooring. The minimum commitment ensures proper vessel onboarding and mooring assignment.
Can I upgrade to Guardian during residency?
Yes. Contact the harbor team to upgrade. Guardian services begin within 48 hours of confirmed upgrade. Pricing is prorated for the remaining residency period.
What services can I add on request?
Wash-downs, provisioning, fuel delivery, bottom cleaning, mechanical repair coordination, and hauling coordination are available on request. All additional services are billed at cost plus a published service fee.
Is Hurricane Protocol included?
Yes. Full Hurricane Protocol coverage is included in every Cruise-In residency. Pre-season preparation through post-storm assessment at no additional cost.
Do I need to be aboard during residency?
Cruise-In is designed for active cruisers who are typically aboard or nearby. If you plan to leave your vessel unattended for extended periods, Guardian Residency with monthly inspections, photo reports, and full concierge oversight is the appropriate level.
