How It Works
1. Arrival
Call on VHF 68 before you reach the channel. Our yola crew meets you at the markers, escorts you to your assigned mooring, and completes a vessel check-in with photographic documentation. Your mooring position and baseline condition are logged in the client portal.
2. Residency
Ongoing Digital Guard GPS monitoring. Monthly underwater mooring inspections. Scheduled wash-downs and maintenance. Every service visit logged with timestamp and photo. Monthly report to owner. WhatsApp crew line for any request. Hurricane Protocol active June through November.
3. Departure
Final vessel inspection with condition documentation. Handover report generated and sent to owner. Mooring position released and made available for the next resident. Yola escort to the channel on departure.
This Is What Verified Vigilance Looks Like
Every inspection, every alert, and every service visit is documented. Your client portal contains the complete history of your vessel's care during residency. This is not a claim of safety. It is a log of work performed, verified by the crew who performed it.

Pricing
Guardian residency uses flat, published rates — no quote required. The bundle add-on and mooring fee are fixed. The only variable is the 25% mooring surcharge that applies to multihull vessels.
Minimum 3-month commitment. Hurricane Season mooring rate ($80/month) applies June–November; Seasonal Long-Stay rate ($75/month) available for 9+ month commitments. A la carte vessel care services — cleaning, bottom work — are billed separately at published per-foot rates and not included in the mooring fee. Provisioning and repair are billed at cost plus a published service fee.
Guardian FAQ
What is the minimum residency period?
90 days. Guardian residency is designed for extended stays, not transient mooring.
Do I need to be present during residency?
No. Guardian is designed specifically for absentee owners. All monitoring, inspections, and communication happen whether you are on board or not.
What vessel types are accepted?
Monohulls and catamarans up to 65 feet LOA. All multihulls require a prior mooring review before booking is confirmed and incur a 25 percent surcharge on the base mooring rate.
Is Hurricane Protocol included?
Yes. Full Hurricane Protocol coverage is included in every Guardian residency at no additional cost. Pre-season preparation through post-storm assessment.
How do I request service during residency?
WhatsApp the crew directly or submit a request through the client portal. Provisioning, fuel delivery, maintenance, and wash-downs are available on request.
