You do not need to be a Luperón 12 resident to request local marine services. BoatWatch, bottom cleaning, washdowns, provisioning, and tender rides are available to all vessels in Bahía de Luperón — visiting, transient, or independently moored.
Can Non-Residents Use Luperón 12 Services?
Yes. All harbor services offered by Luperón 12 are available to every vessel in Bahía de Luperón — visiting cruisers, transient sailors, independently moored vessels, and captains away from their boat. There is no managed mooring residency requirement to request a BoatWatch visit, schedule bottom cleaning, arrange provisioning, or book a tender ride in the harbor.
Services are priced transparently at published rates with no negotiation and no surprise surcharges. Vessel care services — BoatWatch, bottom cleaning, and washdowns — can be requested and paid online via a secure payment link. Logistics services such as tender rides, garbage disposal, and provisioning are scheduled directly with the crew via WhatsApp with crew confirmation. Every service visit is documented with a timestamp and, where applicable, a photo report sent to the owner.
Who Can Request Harbor Services?
Visiting Cruisers
You are anchored or moored in Bahía de Luperón for a passage stop or short stay. Services are available the same day or by advance booking. No ongoing commitment required.
Vessels on Independent Moorings
You have your own mooring in the bay but want professional vessel care, monitoring, or logistics support. All services are available at the same published rates as managed residents.
Captains Away from the Boat
You have left your vessel in Bahía de Luperón and are traveling. Regular BoatWatch visits and Digital Guard monitoring keep you informed with photo reports and immediate alerts.
Passage-Making Stopovers
Short stay, quick turnaround. Provisioning runs, tender rides, fuel delivery, and washdowns are all available on request with fast crew response via VHF 68 or WhatsApp.
Residents Requesting Add-Ons

$100 / monthWeekly visits, billed monthly. Each visit includes bilge, battery, lines, and a photo report. Recommended for vessels left in the harbor for extended periods.
Bottom Cleaning
from $1.75 / ftStandard growth $1.75/ft. Heavy growth $2.00/ft. Available to all vessels. Request online — crew confirms schedule and growth classification before work begins.
Exterior Washdown
from $1.75 / ftBasic washdown $1.75/ft (deck, salt removal, windows). Standard clean $3.75/ft. Hurricane deep clean $6.00/ft. Choose the level that fits your vessel condition.
Logistics & Delivery
Tender rides, garbage disposal, provisioning, and fuel delivery are scheduled directly with the crew via WhatsApp. No upfront payment — crew confirms date, time, and cost before service begins. No appointment is confirmed until the crew sends an acknowledgment.
Tender — Regular Hours
$5 / person7 a.m.–6 p.m. daily. 24-hour advance notice. Vessel to shore or shore to vessel. Pre-filled message confirms your date, time, and passenger count.
Tender — After Hours
$7.50 / personAfter 6 p.m. 48-hour advance notice required. Pre-filled WhatsApp message includes all details the crew needs to confirm your request.
Garbage Pickup
$5 / runUp to 4 bags on the scheduled Tuesday run. $1 each additional bag. Extra runs $7.50 minimum. Schedule via WhatsApp.
Provisioning, Water & Fuel
Cost + 15%Provisioning coordination, water delivery, laundry, fuel, and propane. Product cost plus 15% handling. $5 minimum for water/laundry; $10 minimum for fuel/propane.
Harbor Concierge & Local Coordination
Not every cruiser need fits neatly into BoatWatch, bottom cleaning, washdowns, or provisioning. If you need laundry coordination, a trusted driver, a diver, a local mechanic referral, package pickup guidance, or help finding marine supplies, message the crew. If we can handle it directly, we will quote it clearly. If it belongs with a local provider, we will point you in the right direction.
Services may include:
